3S20A 11.1V Lithium ion  Battery Management system (BMS) is designed specifically for lithium ion  pack of 11.1V 3 series cells of 3.7v.  It can measure, process and use the real time data of the battery to ensure the safety, stability and long life of the battery pack

3S20A 11.1V LFP BMS has following salient features

  • The protection of batteries from over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit
  • Short term waterproof to protect battery pack from extreme weather and tough dynamic conditions.
  • Common Port design - 2 wires only, Charge and discharge port share the same port.
  • BMS comes with balancing connection wire connector to reduce the wire complexity and number of solders.
  • Dust proof, shockproof and anti-squeezing, protects circuit from external damages.
  • BMS has passive balancing function which gives long life to the batteries.
  • The appearance is sealed by injection moulding process to improve moisture-proof and oxidation-proof circuit components and prolong the service life of the products and batteries.

 

The BMS 3S 20A comes with equalization function which facilitate to keep the cells at same level and ensure prolong life. The components used in the BMS is

1) Highly integrated IC,

2) low resistance MOS, and

3) high current equalizer.
